Step 1: Sign up a new account

2). Register with a valid email, input your user name/password/country. If you are referred by a friend who is already a HeavenGifts member, you can also input his/her HG user name in the box “Referral”.


3). Click complete button to finish registration.
4). Check your registered email to see whether you have received a welcome letter by HeavenGifts. If you do, congratulations, you are officially a member of HeavenGifts. If there is no such email in your inbox, please check your spam. If you still can’t find any email, please contact service@heavengifts.com and we will help you in the first time.

Step 2: Shopping
Now you can input the product name in the search box or choose any of your favorite gears from the categories. So easy! (See picture below)


1). Add items you want to your shopping cart.
2). When you finish adding all the products you need, click “Check Out” button to check out. (See picture below)


3). Entering the check out page, you need to complete your shipping information. (ps: please choose save address so that you don’t need input again next time when you place an order.)


4). Choose a shipping method. You can click “Check details before selection” to learn more to decide which method is better to you.



5). Choose payment method


6). In this section, you can input a coupon code if you have one and leave comments if you have special requirements about your order. Please double check your shipping information, shopping cart items, and total price of your order before you click “Submit Order” button to continue to next step.


7). Now your order has been submitted, you need to finish payment timely or it will be expired automatically within 3 days.


8). Choose a way to pay.


9). Now your order has been completed, you will get an order number.


Normally, your order will be shipped within 24 hours after payment. The tracking number will be emailed to you after order being shipped.
