i can't select “D” for my country Germany. will it come soon?

ATM no shipping method to Germany available ?

I only get an Alert "Please select a shipping method" but there is no way to select a shipping method.

I have the same problem. When i want to checkout, there is no shipping method to select.

Habe eben eine Mail an den Support geschickt.

Habe heute eine Antwort auf meine Frage bekommen, warum ich bei HC derzeit nichts bestellen kann.
Wegen den Feiertagen dauert es wohl sehr lange mit China Airmail und deshalb nehmen sie keine Bestellung auf. Merkwürdig, dass sie nicht mir die Entscheidung überlassen, wie lange ich bereit bin, auf das Paket zu warten.
Und EMS wird wegen der hohen Steuern nicht angeboten.

ja vor allen dingen weil es jetzt noch die weihnachtsrabatte gibt find ich das eigentlich echt sch.... wenn healthcabin denkt das ich

@Health Cabin: Clearing Customs is usually no problem with DHL.
First: most of the shippings that arriver via china air mail are deliviered by in germany by DHL anyway
Second: DHL usually sends you a notice saying that they could not clear customs because the invoice was not on the outside of the package and would the receipient be kind enough to send them a copy so they can clear the package.

HC antwortet wohl schneller, wenn du dir ein Support-Ticket auf der Homepage ziehst. Zumindest habe ich so Antwort erhalten, im Gegensatz zur Mail an den Support oder aber das Schildern des Problems hier.

@Amy: Könnt Ihr nicht Air Mail wieder frei geben und nen Hinweis dazu schreiben das es länger dauert momentan dann können die Kunden selber entscheiden.

Warten aus China is doch normal und stört mich nicht.

Öhm könnte das vielleicht bitte einer übersetzen ??

Hi, I hope this is just temporary. I received an order from November. It took about 4 weeks, but it arrived after all. It would be good to have a fast option, maybe DHL can be it. But I would keep the regular Air Mail. Let the people decide if their order can take some time, or if they want a fast option.

Gibts hier schon was Neues ? Wann können wir wieder bestellen...na toll heute sind die Prozente den letzten Tag aktiv....

Konnte eben eine erfolgreiche Bestellung mit Paypal bezahlen.Bin gespannt ob es was werden wird
Hatte aber die Schallmauer (249 Dollar) durchbrochen wegen dem free Shipping.....ich hoffe das es damit zusammenhängt.
Falls es nicht klappt kann man ja bis 45 tage nach Bestellung sich sein Geld wieder holen per Paypal.
