Frei übersetzt würde ich das in etwa so interpretieren:

Das ist ein mißverständnis/irrtum. Sie berechnen 1 penny pro altersverifikation auf ihrer seite.
Wenn ich keine nachricht/antwort ( word ? ) erhalten habe wäre es ein fehler ihrerseits gewesen und sie würden überall hin versenden.
Und ich soll euch wissen lassen, daß wir in deutschland das zu 100 % umsonst bekommen wegen ihrem fehler.
